Receptionist – Admin Full Time
The Receptionist - Admin will assist with the day-to-day operations of the office. In this position, the Receptionist - Admin will be responsible for providing prompt and professional receptionist duties and accurate administrative support.
Job Responsibilities:
- Professionally greet office visitors at reception/promptly answer incoming calls.
- Promptly and professionally answer the Canadian Customer Care Line with empathy and attention to detail. Resolve the client's issue, if possible, or forward to the franchisee, or escalate if required.
- Manage relationships with vendors, service providers, and landlord, ensuring that all invoices are paid on time
- Provide accounting & administrative support
- Point person for mailing, shipping, supplies, equipment, bills, and errands.
- Conduct Client Call Campaigns as required
- Responsible for maintaining office supply inventory
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 – 3 years Receptionist/Administrative experience required
- Strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal and organization skills
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and demonstrate the highest level of customer/client service and response
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines
- Highly organized with exceptional multi-tasking and time management skills
- Ability to quickly manage and solve problems under demanding situations
- Advanced knowledge of Windows 11 and Microsoft Office Suites, proficient working with Excel spreadsheets
- Ability to work both independently and within a team
Physical Demands and Work Environment
Position requires working at a desk at the corporate office for periods of time up to eight hours per day, lifting weights up to 30 lbs.
*Renumeration based on experience.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $35,000.00-$42,000.00 per year
