Markham, Ontario, Canada New Almanic International Ltd. Full time $40,000 - $50,000 per year

Objective: To process overseas purchases, work on costing and coordinate local logistical needs that will contribute to the overall workflow of New Almanic International Ltd.

Admin Responsibilities

1. Assist in all Edmonton branch admin tasks

2. Order processing from email sales orders and hard copy sales orders

3. Ensure all information is input correctly, accurately, and quickly

4. Perform office duties as assigned

5. Assist in office management and organization procedures

6. Input data when needed

7. Operate office machines, such as photocopiers and scanners, facsimile machines, voice mail systems

and personal computers

8. Answer inquiries about the company

9. Maintain files and records so they remain updated and easily accessible/

10. Assist in double-checking inventory and financial records

11. Assist in basic bookkeeping duties if requested

12. Assist in filing duties

13. Assist in coordinating and following up with the customer if needed

14. Prepare any supporting documents for sales/operations

15. Double check all returning items and counter check with credit memos created by accounting head

16. Assisting shipping and temporary staff

17. Double check deliveries when needed

Logistics Responsibilities

1. Process overseas purchases and submit landed cost

2. Submit customs documents to brokers for clearance purposes

3. Submit logistics and statistics as needed

4. Submit office supply and consumption report as needed

5. Additional Admin Related


• Workflow & Order Processing Management: counter checking the following to ensure smooth fulfillment of orders. A. Time frame of order forms received from Reps B. Sales Orders to Warehouse Team C. Invoicing after Orders picked


• Daily Delivery Routing Involement: (Regular/ Prioritization if necessary for Out-Of-Town)

and providing support to the Warehouse Team and Sales Team


• Order fulfillments involvement & Reporting: via Order Desk record, outstanding

orders for out-of-town / local customers

5. Office and Sales support and coordination as needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00-$24.00 per year
