We are a small, well-established family dental practice located in the Bayview and Cummer area. Our close-knit team is passionate about providing high-quality, patient-focused care in a friendly and welcoming environment. We're currently looking for an extra pair of capable hands at the front desk to support our team and help us continue providing smooth, professional service to our patients.

About the Role:

We're seeking a part-time dental receptionist to assist with day-to-day front desk duties. The ideal candidate will have dental office experience and be confident handling the pace and responsibilities of a busy reception desk.

Responsibilities include:

  • Answering phones and handling patient inquiries
  • Scheduling and confirming appointments
  • Managing recalls and patient follow-ups
  • Communicating with dental insurance providers
  • General administrative support for the front desk team

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working in a dental office is required
  • Familiarity with Tracker dental software is a strong asset
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive and professional attitude

Schedule:

  • Part-time hours (specific days/times to be discussed)
