Head of Marketing & Business Development
to our team. This individual will be the face of the company—building meaningful community relationships, strengthening our brand presence, and driving the growth of our home care agency.

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated professional with prior experience in marketing, client acquisition, or business development within the home care, senior care, or healthcare services sector
. The ideal candidate understands how to develop a home care agency, expand its client base, and build strategic partnerships.

commission-based opportunity

Responsibilities Include:

  • Representing Ideal Caregivers Oshawa & Whitby within the community
  • Building and maintaining referral networks
  • Developing marketing strategies to expand our client base
  • Promoting services to families, healthcare partners, and community organizations
  • Supporting brand visibility through outreach, events, and partnerships

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in marketing or business development (home care or healthcare preferred)
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated, professional, and comfortable working independently
  • Understanding of local community resources and senior care services is an asset
