About Us
Vasto Builders is a fast-growing construction company based in Vancouver, specializing in design-build, general contracting, and development consulting. We partner with government, non-profit, and private clients to deliver high-quality, sustainable building solutions. As our company grows, we are looking for a Marketing / Admin Assistant to support both our creative marketing efforts and daily office operations.
The Role
We are seeking a versatile Marketing / Admin Assistant who combines strong creative skills with excellent organizational abilities. You will help strengthen our brand presence by creating engaging content, managing digital platforms, and supporting project communications. At the same time, you will assist with office administration, documentation, and coordination tasks that keep our team running smoothly.
This role is a great fit for someone with a background in graphic design, marketing, or communications who also enjoys working in a professional office setting.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Creative
- Design digital and print materials using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
- Create and schedule engaging content for social media (LinkedIn, Instagram).
- Assist with website updates and basic CMS management (WordPress, Wix, Webflow).
- Capture and edit photos/videos for project showcases, events, and campaigns.
- Support content planning for newsletters, presentations, and marketing collateral.
Administration & Coordination
- Assist with meeting scheduling, documentation, and follow-ups.
- Maintain organized records of marketing activities, project updates, and reports.
- Support event planning, community engagement, and vendor coordination.
- Help with general office tasks, correspondence, and team support as needed.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or office administration.
- Proficiency in design tools (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Familiarity with social media platforms, content creation, and basic web CMS.
- Strong writing and communication skills in English; Mandarin is an asset.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Knowledge of the construction or real estate industry is an advantage but not required.
