As we grow, we are looking for a versatile Graphic Design - Office Assistant to join our team, supporting both creative design needs and day-to-day office operations.

About Position

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining creativity with structure. You will lead the creation of high-quality visual materials for both print and digital platforms, while also supporting general office administration. From designing brochures and presentations to organizing project documents, your work will help keep our brand polished and our operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design & Creative Work

  • Design visually engaging marketing and presentation materials using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms.
  • Develop print and digital assets, including brochures, signage, proposals, and reports.
  • Edit and format photos and basic video content for both internal and external audiences.
  • Ensure all materials align with and consistently reflect the company's brand standards and quality.

Office Administration

  • Help with scheduling, coordinating meetings, and handling basic reception tasks.
  • Keep files, records, and project documents well organized, both digitally and in hard copy.
  • Assist with purchasing and communicate with vendors for printing needs and office supplies.
  • Draft, format, and polish internal reports, emails/letters, and presentation slide decks.

Team & Project Support

  • Update and manage basic website content using platforms such as Wix, Webflow, or similar tools.
  • Support the preparation of materials for community events, presentations, and client meetings.
  • Assist with straightforward research tasks related to projects or properties.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in graphic design, office administration, or a similar role.
  • Proficiency with Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Basic knowledge of website content management (e.g., WordPress, Wix, Webflow) is an asset.
  • Strong attention to detail and an eye for good design.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Interest in the real estate or development field is a plus, but not required.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Contract length: 3-6 months

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
