This position provides marketing support to all sites within a set region by developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to attract customers, build loyalty, and contribute to positive financial outcomes. This role will also assist with ensuring Guest Service Managers have the resources they require to lead their sites in effective internal communications and are able to act as ambassadors of Gateway customer service.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Works with Executive Director and Director of Site Marketing to develop programs that attract new customers, build loyalty and drive revenue while meeting site objectives.
- Provides insights to corporate marketing on casino market/financial needs and provides innovative solutions to meet these needs. Builds a strong foundation of understanding with casino General Managers to support their financial targets.
- Liaises with the site General Managers and Guest Services Managers on all marketing activities.
- Responsible for ensuring integrity and compliance in program execution and participating in pre-planning responsibilities for province-wide marketing initiatives.
- Assists with various aspects of direct marketing programs including; development, implementation, and proof reading.
- Communicates all corporate marketing and BCLC initiatives to site Guest Services Managers and ensures they understand and disseminate these programs to the site ambassadors.
- Ensures all regional marketing initiatives are in compliance with regulatory and internal policies and procedures.
- Leads the development of site marketing plans. Manages, on an on-going basis, the contribution of each program in achieving objectives by regularly evaluating performance.
- Oversees all marketing activities in their region.
- Initiates, develops, manages, and coordinates local and/or regional advertising and within the region.
- Works closely with the Analytics team to ensure initiatives are properly executed and site data is provided to complete post analytics on all marketing initiatives completed within each quarter.
- Develops regional proformas and works with Guest Services Managers to build site proformas that show a positive return on investment (ROI) and are completed in advance of execution.
- Develops regional postformas and works with Guest Services Managers to create site postformas at the conclusion of each campaign.
- Works with Guest Services Managers to ensure their marketing forecasts are updated to reflect real time marketing results and budgets are adhered to.
- Works to create a competitive advantage through the design, development, and implementation of marketing programs in the region.
- Ensures site’s drive public relations where beneficial and works with Director of Government Relations and Director of Public Relations as applicable.
- Assists in the development of site marketing merchandising standards including kiosk displays, POS displays etc.
- Trains and develops Guest Service teams on Casino Market Place and Elite Bonusing Suite when applicable
- Reviews Guest Services Manager Wrike submissions to ensure content is complete and team’s Work Orders are submitted in a timely manner.
- Oversees the process of building Customer Maps at each casino to understand the customer experience and identify areas of improvement.
- Assists with ensuring that social media platforms are being utilized.
- Assists in monitoring Casino Market Place (CMP) codes and ensuring Elite Bonusing Suite (EBS) promotions are set correctly.
- Develops and assists with corporate marketing submissions as applicable.
- Takes on additional responsibilities as required.

**What You Bring**
- Solid understanding of casino operations and hospitality or customer service
- Proven leadership and managerial skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to direct and delegate in a collaborative environment
- Self-motivated
- Knowledge of marketing principles and best practices
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple projects with quality within prescribed timelines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Post-secondary Degree in marketing, business, or a related field preferred
- Casino experience or strong knowledge of casino industry and related marketing strategies is preferred
- Travelling as required
