We are looking for motivated General Labourers to join our snow removal team for the winter season. If you enjoy hands-on outdoor work and want reliable hours whenever it snows, this could be a great fit for you.

Most job sites are located in Toronto.

Pay: $17–$20 per hour (based on experience)

Job Responsibilities

  • Shoveling sidewalks, pathways, and entrances
  • Applying salt/ice melt
  • Assisting with small equipment (snow blowers, scrapers, etc.)
  • Keeping properties safe and clear during snow events

Requirements

  • Must have a safe, reliable vehicle to travel to job sites during snowstorms
  • Must have a valid Ontario driver's licence and active car insurance
  • Must be flexible — work is only available when it snows, which may include early mornings or late nights
  • Must be physically able to lift and shovel snow
  • Experience is an asset but not required
  • Must dress appropriately for winter conditions
