What You'll Do

Administrative Support:

  • Manage client communications via phone and email.
  • Organize and maintain client files and documents.
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings.
  • Track files from lender approval to funding readiness.
  • Update CRM records and assist with client follow-ups.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure the lender's annual post-funding compliance requirements are completed and all documentation is submitted on time.

Commercial Underwriting Support:

  • Review and analyze commercial property financing opportunities.
  • Assist in preparing underwriting packages and evaluating supporting documents.
  • Identify potential risks or missing information
  • Collaborate with mortgage agents, lenders, and clients to ensure approvals are completed.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical mindset and willingness to learn.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is a plus.
  • Positive, proactive, and team-oriented attitude.
