Vaughan brokerage in Ontario, is expanding and is looking for great individuals who are licensed as a Mortgage Agent & looking to join a new and exciting brokerage. Or are you considering a career in the mortgage industry and ready to begin?

Although our location is in Vaughan, we’re looking to expand across Ontario. Launch your business today 100% remote and all training/mentorship provided

We have a dynamic team that consists of successful Brokers, Agents and an internal Underwriting team who provide training and guidance to help you succeed

We have industry leading technology providing tools like CRM's, Calculators, Apps and more Our lender access includes banks, credit unions, trust companies and other alternative lenders to ensure your deals get placed.

Are you:

- Self-motivated and focused
- People's person and driven to succeed
- Interested in a flexible schedule
- Wanting to be your own boss & make unlimited income (**_this is a commission base position_**)
- Licensed under FSRA as a Mortgage Agent or willing to complete course to get licensed

**(Course must be completed at official time of hiring)**
- No brokerage fees to owner & no co-brokering for training - however, regulation and set up costs/BDM fee’s are agents responsibilities
- Someone who provides excellent customer service
- An individual with high standards of ethical behaviour
- Able to work independently

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: $37,175.00-$179,735.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay

**Experience**:

- Sales: 2 years (preferred)
- Customer: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Mortgage Course Or License (preferred)
