Summary
Join Fersina Windows as a Bookkeeper / Office Administrator. In this vital role, you will support our administrative operations, ensuring smooth daily functions and contributing to our continued success in delivering top-tier window and door solutions. Responsibilities
' Manage day-to-day administrative tasks to support office operations.
- Maintain accurate financial records using SAGE 50 accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Process payroll including issuing of T4s, T4 Summary, T2200 and ROEs.
- Reconcile accounts and prepare financial reports.
- Bank and Credit Card Reconciliations
- Accounts Payable and Receivable
- Deal with WSIB re: remittances and claims
- HST remittances
- Prepare year-end documentation including inventory.
- Assist with H.R. tasks
- Job costing
- Support customer service efforts by managing inquiries and documentation.
- Handle client communication and general office administration.
- Process orders, prepare invoices and track payments
Qualifications
- Proven experience with SAGE 50 accounting software.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Knowledge of payroll processing and bookkeeping principles.
- Experience in account reconciliation and financial reporting.
- High level of confidentiality, discretion and trustworthiness.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
