We are currently seeking a driven and experienced Automotive Sales Manager to lead our sales department. If you have a passion for the automotive industry, strong leadership skills, and a desire to help your team succeed, we'd love to have you join our growing dealership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the automotive sales team to achieve and exceed monthly and annual vehicle sales targets.
  • Recruit, train, and motivate sales consultants to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the new and pre-owned car sales department.
  • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive dealership growth.
  • Monitor sales performance, track KPIs, and report results to the General Manager.
  • Stay current with Hyundai product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
  • Work closely with the finance and service departments to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Maintain compliance with all manufacturer and dealership policies and standards.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in automotive sales.
  • Proven record of achieving or surpassing sales goals in a car dealership environment.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and customer relationship skills.
  • Solid understanding of sales process management and dealership operations.
  • Proficiency with CRM and dealer management systems (DMS).
  • Valid Ontario driver's license with a clean driving record.
