Client Experience Coordinator

Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid: 3 days in-office, 2 remote)

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Position Overview:

As a Client Experience Coordinator, you'll play a key role in supporting our advisors and ensuring every client interaction is efficient, professional, and impactful.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare client meetings and follow-up action plans
  • Process account openings, transfers, redemptions, and updates
  • Respond to client inquiries and manage appointment scheduling
  • Ensure compliance with OSC requirements in all client records
  • Maintain and optimize CRM data
  • Support marketing and prospecting activities
  • Handle general office administration and correspondence

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in financial services or related field
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management
  • Excellent communication and client service skills
  • Tech-savvy; CRM experience preferred
  • CSC designation or willingness to pursue it is a strong asset
  • Professional, reliable, and proactive mindset
