As a Client Success Coordinator at Glass Repair Canada, you will be an integral part of our client success team, dedicated to ensuring exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction. You will play a key role in building and maintaining positive relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded. Your responsibilities will include:

- Serving as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, and providing assistance throughout the service process.
- Collaborating with internal teams to coordinate service appointments and ensure timely delivery of services.
- Proactively engaging with clients to assess their needs, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for service improvement.
- Resolving client concerns and issues in a timely and professional manner, striving to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Providing product and service information to clients, including pricing, features, and benefits.
- Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and service transactions in our CRM system.
- Monitoring client satisfaction levels and identifying trends or patterns to inform strategic decision-making.
- Assisting with client onboarding and training to ensure a seamless experience with our services.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in client success, account management, or customer service roles.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing client needs and concerns.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to delivering exceptional service and exceeding client expectations.

**Salary**: $21.60 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
