Job Overview

Looking for a responsible candidate with I'm minimum of 1 year experience in the residential and commercial landscape industry or construction . Civil knowledge is appreciated. Must have a basic understanding of quick books.

9 AM start 4 PM finish. Seven hours per day hours a week minimum. Flexible on working from home and in the office. Minimum three days a week in the office.

Daily tasks include:

-Answering and returning phone calls

-replying to emails

-Invoicing

-estimates and changes

-pay vendors/ subtrades

-banking

-project preparation: Locate, work orders, site plans

-inputting A/P A/R to quickBooks

-profit/lose reports

-updating licensing and permits for vehicles and business

-business insurance

-payroll

Company operations

-3 cruise consistently working on separate construction projects. Purchasing material will be part of the daily task after a three month probation. Orders must be organized, 24 hours prior and employee records management

  • Excellent communication skills with professional phone etiquette
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in filing and document control
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Office experience including administrative support roles is preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00-$28.38 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 30 per week
