  • Coordinate event planning activities for company functions, meetings, and community outreach initiatives.

Skills

  • Proven experience in office administrative roles with strong clerical skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle phone etiquette professionally in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively across multiple priorities.
  • Experience with event planning, vendor management, and schedule coordination.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Word . Good math skills. Proficient in English, reading , writing, speaking.
