Job Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The Office Administrator will be responsible for overseeing daily office operations, managing a team, and ensuring efficient administrative support to all departments. Responsibilities: - Supervise and manage a team of office staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations - Communicate effectively with staff at all levels of the organization - Maintain office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement - Handle clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping - Manage phone systems and ensure professional phone etiquette is maintained - Coordinate office events and meetings - Assist with payroll processing and maintain accurate employee records Experience: - Proven experience in office administration or related field - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Familiarity with payroll systems is a plus As an Office Administrator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the smooth operation of our office. **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $21.00-$26.10 per hour
