As an integral part of our company, you will play a key role in overseeing and coordinating office operations, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
- ** Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and coordinate with the team to ensure the effective implementation of company policies and procedures.
- Plan, coordinate, and delegate work to maintain office decorum and efficiency.
- Perform administrative activities in accordance with company procedures.
- Ensure timely and accurate handling of inquiries.
- Plan, delegate, and monitor work priorities to meet deadlines.
- Manage and update inventory listings, ensuring the availability of necessary supplies and placing orders as required.
- Supervise and monitor team performance, analyzing and overseeing administrative operations.
- Provide administrative support to the team.
- Collaborate with the team to deliver the best possible customer service.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as an Office Administrator or in a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of inventory management.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-oriented mindset.
