Hours: 15-25 hours per week
Seasonal Term: November 2024 - April 2025
Since 2010, National Snow Removal has been a trusted provider of residential and commercial snow removal and ice management services. As we gear up for the winter season, we are looking for a dedicated and organized Junior Office Administrator to join our team.
Position Overview:
The Junior Office Administrator will play a key role in supporting our operations team by managing administrative tasks, scheduling, and customer communications. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in office administration while working in a dynamic environment.
**Responsibilities**:
- Schedule and confirm routes
- Manage and dispatch crew members for snow events
- Assist with onboarding and hiring of new seasonal employees
- Support record-keeping and data entry for operations
- Process invoices and payments
- Communicate with field staff to ensure timely service completion
- Provide general administrative support as needed to the operations team
- . Assist with management / admin tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in administration or related field is a plus
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- . Ability to use either PC / MAC OS
- . Ability to work with minimum supervision
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in an office environment is preferred but not required
