Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Ottawa, ON for a Dental Office Manager. The Dental Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing office staff, and ensuring the smooth functioning of the dental clinic. Key tasks include coordinating patient scheduling, handling billing and insurance claims, maintaining patient records, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Additionally, the role requires managing supply inventory, addressing patient inquiries, and supporting team members to provide exceptional patient care.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Dental Practice Management and overall Practice Management
  • Excellent skills in Customer Service and Communication
  • Knowledge of Dental Care practices and operations
  • Ability to manage and lead a team effectively
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational, and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency in dental office Abeldent software or similar software and systems ( Training provided if needed)
  • Prior experience in a dental office setting is desirable
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; higher education in healthcare management or a related field is an asset
