Office Manager

Concierge Wealth Management Inc. is seeking a full-time Office Manager to assist in all aspects of running a successful financial services business. This is an in person position in Kanata, ON.
The Office Manager will be responsible for:
- Reception duties
- Management of office supplies and organization of office space
- Appointment scheduling and time management
- Preparing for client meetings by getting files ready and ensure compliance needs are met
- Note taking in client meetings
- Assisting advisors with filling out applications, obtaining e-signatures, and any necessary follow-up
- Production tracking
- Other tasks as assigned by advisors
A successful candidate will have the following:
- Experience with Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft applications such as outlook, one drive, teams, excel, etc. (required)
- Experience working in a financial service's office or insurance office (preferred)
- Organizational skills
- Problem-solving skills
- Works well in a fast paced environment
Salary and benefits will be commensurate with experience. Attitude and enthusiasm for the position are essential. Career development available for the right individual.
