We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with 10 to 12 years of expertise to join our team in a hybrid work model. Experience in Banking, Payments, Cards domain is required. The ideal candidate will excel in Agile methodologies and business analysis contributing to strategic planning and execution. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business solutions that align with company goals and enhance operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

The Sr. Business Analyst will play a crucial role in driving business success by leveraging their expertise in business analysis and planning. With a focus on the AGILE work model the candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance business processes and deliver strategic insights. This role requires a deep understanding of business acumen and the ability to adapt to a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Senior Business System Analyst with 9-12 years of experience
  • Experience in Banking, Payments, Cards domain is required
  • Knowledge of (TS2, TSYS) is a plus
  • Advanced to Expert knowledge of system analysis and processes
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Agile, story grooming, Jira, Confluence
  • Requirements elicitation, analysis, documentation
  • Work breakdown session facilitation

Good To Have

  • API experience
  • Experience with SQL and query writing tools is an asset

Working arrangements:
