Sr. Business System Analyst

We are looking for a experienced Senior Business System Analyst with 10+ years of experience in IT and business analysis to lead requirements discovery, process optimization and solution design across enterprise technology initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • 2+ years of experience Data Analysis and Data Mapping
  • Good understanding and 1+ years of experience in Java, Data Structures
  • Good understanding and 1+ years of experience in in API Management Domain/Platform/Tools (Eg: REST/ API Gateways-Apigee/Postman)
  • Functional & Technical Documentation
  • Identify, document, and validate current state technology capabilities/ecosystem and support stakeholders to design the desired future state; provide recommendations and/or direction based on the end-to-end customer experience when making decisions.
  • Own and manage the traceability of system requirements through design and development, testing, and deployment; ensure the acceptance criteria demonstrates the changes to systems that will meet stakeholder expectations.
  • Support testing teams in translating requirements and use cases into test conditions and expected results for product, performance, user acceptance, and operational acceptance testing.

BSA Soft and Tech Skills

  • Requirements Management – ability to elicit, document and manage requirements(user stories) from stakeholders.
  • Agile Methodologies – Knowledge of agile frameworks and methodologies for project delivery.
  • Process Mapping and Analysis – Understanding and mapping business processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
  • System Analysis – Ability to analyze existing systems and identify areas for improvement or new solutions.
  • Critical Thinking – Ability to analyze information, identify issues, and make sound judgments.
  • Stakeholder Management – Ability to lead & engage with stakeholders, understand their needs, and ensure alignment on project goals.

Qualifications
