Key Responsibilities

  • Create and execute strategic sales plans to meet revenue goals and increase brand visibility.
  • Conduct market and competitive research to inform strategy and identify emerging opportunities.
  • Represent the organization at conferences, trade shows, and industry events.
  • Collaborate internally with operations, product, and leadership teams to ensure seamless onboarding and support.

  • Demonstrate the ability to support field operations, including occasionally lifting or moving equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Maintain flexibility for travel—up to 30% across North America—for client meetings, product demonstrations, and industry events.
  • Uphold the highest standards of professionalism and integrity, including successfully completing a background check as part of the hiring process.

Who are you really?

  • Master of Adaptability: You thrive in dynamic environments and shift seamlessly between priorities. You manage your time effectively while staying aligned with team goals.
  • Detail‑Oriented with Purpose: You notice the details others might miss, keeping projects accurate, consistent, and on track.
  • Relentlessly Driven: You bring grit, tenacity, and perseverance — even when the path gets tough.
  • Self‑Starter with Team Spirit: You take initiative and ownership of your work, while also collaborating effectively and supporting those around you.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in law enforcement, military, or a related field (highly desirable).
  • Strong, established connections within the law enforcement community.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience working with government agencies or regulated industries.
  • Understanding of procurement processes and contract negotiation.
  • Familiarity with investigative techniques and risk‑assessment methodologies.
  • Operational knowledge of drones.

Compensation package:
  • Competitive salary: $130,000 - $150,000
  • Comprehensive medical and dental benefits, including a Health Spending Account.
  • Matching RRSP program.
  • Generous time-off program, including vacation, wellness days, and the week off between Christmas and New Year's.

Why Join Us At Draganfly Innovations, you'll be part of a team that values innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. We offer competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, and a supportive work environment where your contributions truly make an impact.
