Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and check in patients, manage appointment scheduling, and coordinate daily operations
- Handle high-volume phone lines with professionalism and efficiency
- Maintain and update patient records, including prior history and documentation
- Place reminder calls and follow up with patients as needed
- Monitor and maintain office supplies and inventory
- Manage OHIP billing and reconciliation processes
- Assist with general administrative duties to support clinic operations
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of experience in a medical administrative or office coordination role
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer service with a compassionate and professional demeanor
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced clinical environment
- Proficiency in computer systems and scheduling software
- Familiarity with OHIP billing and medical terminology is an asset
- A genuine commitment to providing outstanding patient care
