- Answer, screen and route incoming calls promptly and courteously
- Book appointments with appropriate medical professional
- Greet, check-in and direct patients in an efficient and welcoming manner
- Verify and update patient demographics on EMR
- Confirm appointment and verify health cards and version codes
- Receive and process payments from patients by debit, cash, cheque or Visa
- Additional duties as required

**Qualifications and Educational Requirements**
- Knowledge of and experience with EMR
- Two years of relevant experience in a health care environment
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to work effectively and demonstrate composure in a fast paced and changing environment Excellent English written and verbal communication skills a MUST
