About the Role

We're looking for a licensed 310T or 310S Truck & Trailer Mechanic to join our growing team in Nepean. This is a hands-on, full-time role working in a clean, organized, heated shop where your expertise directly supports a well-maintained fleet of trucks, transport trailers, and RVs including A Class Motorhomes.

What You'll Work On

You'll maintain and repair a mixed fleet including:

  • Light- and medium-duty trucks
  • Flatbed and enclosed transport trailers
  • Tow vehicles
  • Specialized RV transport equipment
  • Class A,B,C Motorhomes

No two days are the same—but you'll always have the tools, support, and time needed to do the job right.

Your Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues
  • Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and safety checks
  • Complete accurate work orders, parts records, and service logs
  • Work collaboratively with the operations team to reduce downtime
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
  • Mentor junior techs or apprentices as needed

What You Bring

  • Valid 310T or 310S license (or registered apprentice close to completion)
  • Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
  • Experience with truck, trailer, or fleet maintenance
  • Ability to read and interpret manuals, schematics, and work orders
  • Commitment to quality, safety, and teamwork
  • Valid driver's license (DZ is an asset, but not required)

Location

Nepean, ON — in-person, onsite work in our service shop.
