Monet Marketing seeks an enthusiastic and experienced Social Media Specialist to join our amazing marketing team. As a Content Specialist, you would be responsible for developing and implementing the social media marketing initiatives along with content development for the company and its clients.

**Platforms: Instagram, TikTok**
- **Content**_
- Develop social meida marketing campaigns and strategies
- Build Content Calendars for clients and the company
- Community engagement on social media platforms
- Record & Edit photos for RED, Instagram, and WeChat.
- Design social media graphics and creatives for different marketing campaigns
- Creating monthly Analytics Reports to report performance of different accounts
- Reach out to influencers for PR and brand collaborations

**Paid Ads**

**Campaign Strategy Development**:Develop and implement effective paid social media advertising strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives.

**Budget Management**:Allocate and manage budgets for various social media advertising campaigns, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources.

**Ad Creation and Optimization**:Design and create compelling ad content, including graphics and copywriting, that is tailored to target audiences. Regularly optimize ad performance through A/B testing.

**Target Audience Analysis**:Conduct detailed audience analysis to identify and target the most relevant and profitable customer segments.

**Performance Monitoring and Reporting**:Monitor the performance of paid social media campaigns using analytics tools. Generate and present detailed reports to stakeholders, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs).

**Trend Analysis and Market Research**:Stay updated with the latest social media advertising trends and conduct market research to identify new opportunities for growth.

**Compliance and Best Practices**:Ensure that all paid advertising campaigns comply with platform policies and industry best practices.

**Collaboration and Communication**:Work closely with other departments, such as content, design, and sales teams, to ensure cohesive and integrated campaigns.

**Crisis Management**:Monitor social media ad responses and engage in damage control when necessary, addressing negative comments or reviews in a professional manner.

**Influencer Marketing**

**Influencer Identification and Outreach**:Research and identify potential influencers that align with the brand’s values and target audience. Initiate and manage outreach efforts to establish partnerships.

**Campaign Strategy and Planning**:Develop and implement effective influencer marketing strategies and campaigns that align with the company’s goals and objectives.

**Negotiation and Contract Management**:Negotiate terms, conditions, and compensation with influencers. Draft and manage influencer contracts and agreements.

**Content Collaboration and Approval**:Work closely with influencers to co-create content that is authentic and engaging. Review and approve content before it is published to ensure it meets brand standards.

**Performance Monitoring and Reporting**:Track, analyze, and report on the performance of influencer campaigns, using key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and ROI.

**Relationship Management**:Maintain strong, positive relationships with influencers through regular communication and engagement, fostering long-term partnerships.

**Budget Management**:Allocate and manage the budget for influencer marketing campaigns, ensuring cost-effective and efficient use of resources.

**Legal Compliance and Best Practices**:Ensure that all influencer collaborations are in compliance with relevant laws and regulations, such as disclosure requirements.

**Crisis Management**:Monitor influencer posts and public response, and engage in damage control when necessary, addressing any negative issues in a professional manner.

**Trend Analysis and Market Research**:Stay updated with the latest influencer marketing trends and conduct market research to identify new opportunities for collaboration and growth.
