The RoleDuties & Responsibilities- Prepare, transport, and present dessert and gelato carts to assigned suite areas.
- Provide guests with courteous, knowledgeable service on dessert offerings and liqueur pairings.
- Maintain compliance with company and government alcohol service regulations.
- Track and record product sales, inventory levels, and wastage during service.
- Replenish cart supplies and coordinate with supervisors or kitchen staff for additional stock as required.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dessert carts, utensils, and serving areas.
- Assist with suite food and beverage delivery or related service needs as requested.
- Follow all Legends safety, sanitation, and service standards throughout events.
- Perform all duties with attention to detail, professionalism, and a focus on creating memorable guest experiences.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced event environment.
- Team-oriented with a positive, professional demeanour.
- Clear communication skills and ability to engage guests confidently.
- Smart Serve certification required.
- Completion of or current enrolment in high school diploma (OSSD) program.
- Prior experience in food, beverage, or hospitality service preferred.
- Knowledge of safe food handling and responsible alcohol service practices.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to push and maneuver a fully loaded dessert cart safely over varying floor surfaces.
- Frequent walking, standing, bending, and reaching throughout events.
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 40 pounds.
- Must work indoors, occasionally moving through high-traffic and crowded areas.
- Requires clear vision and speech to interact effectively with guests and ensure safe service.
