Salary Range (plus eligible to receive a performance based incentive, applicable to position) :
$61,370 - $83,030Extensive experience in executive assistance required
In this fast-paced position, you'll play a critical role in supporting Executive Vice-Presidents and their divisions, ensuring they're set up to execute goals, priorities and strategic deliverables.
What you'll do
- Manage sensitive matters confidentiality and discreetly
- Organize and manage complex calendars and schedules and resolve issues
- Prepare documents to ensure accuracy
- Screen incoming requests to determine alignment with relevant priorities and availability
- Arrange travel and all related considerations
What we're looking for
- Skilled multi-tasker with demonstrated ability to plan and coordinate multiple activities and priorities
- Strong communicator with a high degree of discretion and diplomacy
- Self-starter who embraces change
- Organizational pro with an eye for detail
What you'll need
- A diploma and at least seven years of experience supporting an executive leader
- High level of professionalism
- Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities at once
