Job Summary:

Join our dynamic team as a Part time Line Cook/Prep Cook where your passion for food and culinary skills will shine. We are seeking a dedicated individual with a keen eye for detail, strong work ethic, reliable, responsible and a collaborative spirit to contribute to our bustling kitchen environment.

Duties:

  • Prepare and cook menu items in compliance with established recipes and standards

  • Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping vegetables, and preparing sauces

  • Ensure food safety protocols are strictly followed throughout all stages of food handling and preparation

  • Collaborate with front ouse team members to maintain a clean and organized workspace

  • Contribute to the overall efficiency of the kitchen by assisting in inventory management and stocking supplies

  • Uphold high standards of quality and presentation for all dishes served

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a similar role within the food industry

  • Proficiency in meal preparation techniques and kitchen operations

  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced restaurant environment

  • Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude and willingness to assist wherever needed

  • Certification or training in food handling is preferred
