Duties

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards

  • Assist with meal preparation and ensure all ingredients are properly measured and prepped

  • Follow food safety and handling procedures to maintain a safe and clean kitchen environment

  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient workflow and timely service

  • Maintain inventory of food supplies and notify management of any shortages or expired products

  • Clean and sanitize workstations, equipment, and utensils

  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures regarding food preparation, sanitation, and safety

Experience

  • Previous experience working in a restaurant or food service industry preferred

  • Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and food preparation methods

  • Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

  • Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team
