Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and passionate Hair Stylist and Aesthetician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide exceptional hair and beauty services to our clients, enhancing their appearance and boosting their confidence. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality hair styling, skincare treatments, and customer service while maintaining a welcoming salon environment.

Duties

  • Perform a variety of hair services including cutting, coloring, styling, and hair extensions.
  • Provide aesthetic services such as waxing, threading, facials, makeup application.
  • Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in accordance with health regulations.
  • Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide personalized recommendations.
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills to build rapport with clients and ensure satisfaction.
  • Assist in store management tasks including inventory control and retail sales.
  • Up-sell products and services to enhance the overall client experience.

Qualifications

  • Valid cosmetology and hair styling license is required.
  • Proven experience in hair styling or aesthetics preferred.
  • Strong understanding of color theory and various hair techniques including straight razor cutting.
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.20-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
