We are seeking a talented and passionate Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team. As a Hair Stylist, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional hair care services to our clients while ensuring a welcoming and friendly atmosphere. Responsibilities

  • Provide a range of hair styling services, including cuts, colors, and treatments tailored to individual client needs.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, tools, and equipment to ensure a safe and hygienic environment.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences and offer professional advice on styles and products.
  • Upsell hair care products and services to enhance client satisfaction and contribute to salon revenue.
  • Assist with front desk duties, including scheduling appointments and managing client inquiries.
  • Foster positive relationships with clients through excellent customer service, ensuring repeat business and referrals.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling techniques and products through continuous education.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Hair Stylist or in a similar role within the beauty industry.
  • Strong skills in hair styling techniques, including cutting, coloring, and treatment applications.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients.
  • Experience in retail sales or upselling products is highly desirable.
  • Ability to maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in the salon environment.
  • A valid cosmetology license is required.
  • A passion for customer service and creating positive experiences for clients.
