Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable and organized Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong computer skills, administrative experience, and the ability to manage daily office operations efficiently. This role requires excellent communication, multitasking abilities, and a proactive approach to supporting staff and management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations
  • Answer phones, manage correspondence, and respond to emails professionally
  • Maintain filing systems—digital and physical—accurately and securely
  • Manage office supplies, place orders, and monitor inventory levels
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments
  • Assist with data entry, document preparation, and report generation
  • Support HR and accounting tasks such as timesheets, invoices, and basic recordkeeping
  • Welcome visitors and ensure the office is well-presented and organized
  • Liaise with vendors, service providers, and internal teams
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in an office administration or similar role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with basic office equipment (printers, scanners, etc.)
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in handling administrative tasks in a small to mid-sized business
  • Knowledge of basic bookkeeping or HR processes is a plus
  • Familiarity with office management software or ERP systems
  • Familiarity with Countertop colors, and pricing, helping customers choose colors
