Join our dynamic team as P&O Admin & Support (HR), where you'll provide essential operational and administrative support across the region. In This Role You'll Make An Impact By
- Delivering professional and efficient operational and administrative support to P&O teams, leaders, and employees.
- Validating and administering employee transactions in HRIS, including offer letters, new hire onboarding, and position changes.
- Providing guidance to managers and employees on local mobility matters in alignment with Global Mobility principles.
- Organizing, filing, and maintaining both digital and physical employee records and P&O templates.
- Coordinating, planning and scheduling for P&O programs, events, and meetings.
- Managing inventory for P&O office supplies and new employee materials.
- Processing P&O invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
- Collaborating with global and regional P&O teams on various tasks and projects.
- Supporting initiatives related to benefits, compensation, HRIS reporting, wellness, engagement, learning, and development.
To Succeed You Must Hold
- Associate's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant work experience.
- High ethical standards, confidentiality, and strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- A self-starter capable of independently completing projects.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Workday HRIS is highly preferred.
- Ability to occasionally travel locally (up to 5%).
- General knowledge of Canadian employment law.
