Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Regional Operations Manager based in Ottawa, ON, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Regional Operations Manager will oversee daily operations in the region, ensuring efficient service delivery and stakeholder satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing teams, implementing operational strategies, overseeing budgets, maintaining safety standards, and collaborating with cross-functional departments to improve service quality and drive growth.

  • Skills in Budget Management, Financial Analysis, and Efficiency Optimization
  • Proficiency in Safety Protocols, Risk Management, and Compliance
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to a hybrid work environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Operations, or related field
  • Experience in the transportation industry is a plus
