About the Role

We are seeking a Regional Operations Manager
to join our Ottawa team and help lead the next stage of our company's expansion. This is a
full-time, on-site leadership role
responsible for overseeing daily operations, driving efficiency, and ensuring that every project meets our exacting standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate is a
strategic operator and people-first leader
who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. You will play a key role in aligning teams, optimizing systems, and executing the operational strategy that supports our continued national growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring alignment with company goals and standards of excellence.
  • Lead, mentor, and empower cross-functional teams to achieve operational and performance targets.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and profitability.
  • Manage resource planning, scheduling, inventory control, and field operations.
  • Maintain compliance with internal policies and external regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with leadership across departments to enhance communication, coordination, and accountability.
  • Drive exceptional customer satisfaction through operational precision and proactive problem solving.

Qualifications

  • Proven leadership experience managing teams in an operational or field-based environment.
  • Strong background in process optimization, performance management, and strategic planning.
  • Demonstrated ability to balance structure with agility in a high-growth business setting.
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills, with a collaborative mindset.
  • Experience with operational software and data-driven decision-making.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience in the home improvement, HVAC, or residential services industry considered an asset.
