Role Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled, analytical, and creative Media Buyer with deep experience driving profitable campaigns for men's sexual health, performance, virility, and wellness products. You will be responsible for strategizing, launching, optimizing, and scaling paid campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, Native, and affiliate channels.

This role requires hands-on media buying expertise, strong compliance knowledge (especially for sensitive-category products), high-level conversion optimization skills, and the ability to scale aggressively while maintaining profitability and brand integrity.

Campaign Strategy & Execution

  • Plan, build, launch, and manage paid traffic campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, Native, and Programmatic platforms.
  • Conduct deep audience research, competitor analysis, and funnel planning specifically for men's sexual health and wellness products.
  • Build and manage aggressive scaling strategies while maintaining target CPA/ROAS.

Creative Leadership

  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop high-converting ad creatives, including UGC, landing pages, advertorials, and video scripts.
  • Guide messaging and angles that perform well within compliance limits.

Data & Optimization

  • Analyze campaign performance, interpret trends, and execute optimization strategies.
  • A/B test creatives, audiences, landing pages, and offers to maximize revenue.
  • Manage budgets efficiently with a focus on profitability and volume growth.

Compliance & Risk Management

  • Ensure all ads comply with platform policies for sexual health products (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.).
  • Monitor disapproval trends and work with compliance to prevent account issues.

E-Commerce Growth

  • Work closely with product, funnel, and growth teams to optimize conversion paths.
  • Increase AOV, LTV, upsells, and subscriptions through funnel experimentation.
  • Expand winning campaigns into new markets and traffic sources.

Qualifications Required

  • 3–5+ years of paid media experience with a proven track record in e-commerce.
  • Must have direct experience running campaigns for men's sexual health products, supplements, nutraceuticals, or similar high-sensitivity verticals.
  • Expert understanding of buying on Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and native platforms (Taboola, Outbrain, Revcontent).
  • Strong CRO knowledge: landing pages, advertorials, funnels, upsells.
  • Advanced data-driven decision-making skills (GA4, attribution tools, analytics dashboards).
  • Experience managing large budgets and scaling profitable campaigns.
  • Understanding of FTC, FDA, and ad-platform compliance requirements.

Preferred

  • Experience with affiliate networks and performance partnerships.
  • Experience with subscription-based and continuity product funnels.
  • Strong creative ideation skills for angle creation and hook development.
  • Familiarity with Shopify, ClickFunnels, or similar e-commerce platforms.
