We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that enhance our brand presence, engage our audience, and drive traffic to our e-commerce platforms. This role requires a strong understanding of digital marketing trends, SEO best practices, and proficiency in graphic design tools to create compelling content.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective social media strategies across various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Create engaging content that aligns with our brand voice, utilizing graphic design skills to enhance visual appeal.
- Monitor social media channels for trends and audience engagement, responding promptly to comments and messages.
- Utilize tools such as Hootsuite and Buffer for scheduling posts and analyzing performance metrics.
- Conduct keyword research to optimize content for search engines and improve overall SEO performance.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate social media campaigns with broader marketing initiatives.
- Analyze data using Google Analytics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Manage Facebook Advertising campaigns to increase reach and engagement with target audiences.
- Proofread all content before publication to ensure accuracy and adherence to brand guidelines.
Skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for creating high-quality graphics.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce principles and digital marketing strategies.
- Experience with SEO techniques including keyword research and on-page optimization.
- Familiarity with social media management tools such as Hootsuite and Buffer.
- Excellent graphic design skills with a keen eye for aesthetics and detail.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics to track performance metrics.
- Ability to proofread effectively, ensuring all content is error-free before publication.
