In this role you will own planning and executing of ad campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram).

**Role Responsibilities**:

- Onboarding new clients onto the Meta Ads platform
- Developing a full funnel campaign strategy (top of funnel, middle of funnel, bottom of funnel)
- Creating the ads and implementing the campaign strategy
- Monitoring the campaign daily and reviewing KPIs and providing feedback
- Creating a reporting dashboard using our pre-created Looker templates
- Report out data and insights to Jocelyn + team on a weekly basis

**About The Company**:
My marketing agency is growing rapidly and I am looking to hire a media buyer that can help me with client work. My clients range from business coaches to health coaches + spiritual coaches to membership sites.

I currently manage all of their ads and would like to hire a media buyer that can help with onboarding, campaign oversight, and potentially add more work like developing campaign strategy, etc.

I am looking for someone that is already experienced and won't require a lot training. That being said, I am more than willing to train on my current strategies and everything I have learned in my 4 years growing clients to 7 figures with Facebook + Instagram ads.

**Requirements**:

- Must be a hard worker. No exceptions.
- Ability to analyze data and provide action plans based on conclusions
- Proficient at managing multiple projects and able to organize, prioritize and structure workload
- 1-2+ years Facebook Ads campaign management experience, with the ability to show demonstrated results.
- Proficiency in spreadsheets (Google Docs), willing to learn Looker (I can show you)
- Familiarity with basic image/video editing and Canva
- Familiar with writing basic copy
- Openness and ability to learn new concepts and systems quickly

**Job to start as contract (pay per month per client), then if it's the right fit, I'd like you to be a full time employee.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Freelance

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$70,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 8 - 40 per week
