Facebook Ads Media Buyer & Client Manager

About Mindflowed Studios

We're a marketing agency scaling automotive detailing and customization shops across North America.

The Role

You'll own Facebook ad campaigns for 10+ automotive detailing clients, managing everything from campaign setup to weekly client communication. You'll work with Meta Ads Manager under the Andromeda system, writing ad copy, launching creative variations, diagnosing performance issues, and reporting results directly to clients.

This is a high-autonomy role; we need someone who can think independently, solve problems without hand-holding, and communicate professionally with business owners.

What You'll Do

  • Set up and manage Facebook ad campaigns for multiple automotive clients
  • Write ad copy and create campaign structures optimized for lead generation
  • Launch 10+ unique creative variations per campaign (we provide the raw video/images)
  • Monitor performance, diagnose issues, and make optimization decisions
  • Communicate directly with clients via weekly calls and Slack channels
  • Report on campaign performance and recommend strategic adjustments
  • Work within Meta's Andromeda system to maximize creative performance

Requirements

  • $100,000+ in Facebook ad spend managed (lifetime minimum; provide proof)
  • Excellent English for writing ad copy and conducting client calls
  • Deep expertise in Meta Ads Manager, Pixel setup, and conversion tracking
  • Client-facing communication skills; you'll represent us directly to business owners
  • Strong diagnostic ability; you need to identify what's wrong and fix it independently
  • High IQ and high EQ; we value smart, coachable people with cultural fit
  • 20-25 hours/week availability (100 hours/month)
  • Must not work for competing agencies (data security requirement)

Preferred Experience

  • Local service business lead generation campaigns (home services, automotive, etc.)
  • Understanding of creative-first advertising approaches
  • Experience with Meta's Andromeda system
  • Track record of client retention and communication

Compensation & Details

  • $20/hour CAD ($2,000/month at 100 hours)
  • 20 hours paid training
  • Remote, flexible schedule
  • Immediate start; this is a high-urgency hire

We're looking for someone smart, reliable, and capable of taking full ownership of this function. If you need constant oversight or can't communicate professionally with clients, this isn't the role.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.75-$20.00 per hour
