Why Join Us

At Impact Hub Ottawa, you'll help shape the future of our city's home for changemakers. As Executive Director, you'll guide strategy, strengthen sustainability, and ensure our community continues to thrive as a hub for social impact.

Like many community organizations, the pandemic reshaped our work. Remote work and reduced demand for office space challenged our financial model—but thanks to the resilience of our members, partners, and the forgiveness of bondholders, we've weathered the storm and emerged ready for renewal.

Our community has come together with fresh energy, offering both their time and ideas in support. As Executive Director, you will work alongside this community and a revitalized Board of Directors to lead this next chapter. You'll join a passionate local and global network committed to collaboration, innovation, and positive change—guiding a strategic planning process that will shape Impact Hub Ottawa's future as a catalyst for social impact.
