As we accelerate growth in North America, we are looking to deepen our impact through major cloud ecosystems and partnership channels including Microsoft, AWS, and IBM.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a Sales Director – AI Solutionsto drive enterprise sales and expand our AI footprint in North America. This senior role requires a proven track record in B2B enterprise sales combined with deep technical knowledge of AI/ML solutions. The ideal candidate will be adept at engaging CXO-level stakeholders, understanding business challenges, and positioning AI solutions to solve complex problems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive new business development and revenue growth for AI/ML solutions across enterprise clients in North America.
- Engage with C-level executives, CTOs, CIOs, and business leaders to position AI offerings and shape their digital transformation journey.
- Partner with solution architects and delivery teams to translate client requirements into tailored AI solution proposals.
- Lead end to end sales cycles including prospecting, proposal creation, contract negotiations, and deal closure.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of AI opportunities, leveraging account based selling strategies.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategiesfor AI solutions, working closely with marketing and alliance teams.
- Stay updated on AI/ML trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to position Netsmartz as a trusted advisor.
- Contribute to thought leadership in the AI space through client workshops, industry events, and executive briefings.
Key Requirements:
- Experience: years in B2B enterprise sales, with at least 5+ years in AI/ML solution selling.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of AI technologies including LLMs, NLP, Computer Vision, Generative AI, MLOps, and Data Platforms
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in meeting/exceeding sales targets and growing strategic accounts.
- Client Engagement: Experience in consultative selling to enterprise clients across industries such as BFSI, Healthcare, IT/ITES, and Manufacturing.
- Stakeholder Management: Ability to engage with technical and business stakeholders, including C-level executives.
- Technical Proficiency: ability to articulate technical concepts related to AI/ML technologies, to both technical and business counterparts.
- Communication: Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Tools: Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), sales tools, and reporting dashboards.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience selling cloud-based AI solutions(Azure AI, AWS AI/ML, etc)
- Exposure to industries like BFSI, Healthcare, IT/ITES, and Manufacturing.
- Technical certifications or foundational understanding in AI/ML is a plus.
Compensation:
- $110,000 - $140,000(Base) + OTE
