We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team in logistic company. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in expanding our company's market presence, building strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth. Duties
- Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies aligned with company goals.
- Identify and pursue new market opportunities through research, networking, and outreach efforts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients using CRM software and customer relationship management best practices.
- Lead negotiations and close deals to secure new partnerships and sales contracts.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns that support business growth initiatives.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and achievement of objectives.
- Utilize Salesforce and other CRM tools to track leads, opportunities, and sales pipelines effectively.
- Conduct market analysis to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Prepare detailed proposals, presentations, and reports for stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless onboarding of new clients and successful project execution.
Experience
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or related roles with a logistics or similar industry.
- Strong proficiency with Salesforce CRM or similar CRM software for managing customer data and sales pipelines.
- Demonstrated success in strategic planning, negotiation, and project management.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.
- Knowledge of marketing principles and experience collaborating with marketing teams is preferred.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management tools and techniques is essential.
- Prior experience in developing long-term business relationships and closing complex deals is highly desirable.
