We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team in logistic company. Duties

  • Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Identify and pursue new market opportunities through research, networking, and outreach efforts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients using CRM software and customer relationship management best practices.
  • Lead negotiations and close deals to secure new partnerships and sales contracts.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns that support business growth initiatives.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and achievement of objectives.
  • Utilize Salesforce and other CRM tools to track leads, opportunities, and sales pipelines effectively.
  • Conduct market analysis to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Prepare detailed proposals, presentations, and reports for stakeholders and executive leadership.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless onboarding of new clients and successful project execution.

Experience

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or related roles with a logistics or similar industry.
  • Strong proficiency with Salesforce CRM or similar CRM software for managing customer data and sales pipelines.
  • Demonstrated success in strategic planning, negotiation, and project management.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.
  • Knowledge of marketing principles and experience collaborating with marketing teams is preferred.
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management tools and techniques is essential.
  • Prior experience in developing long-term business relationships and closing complex deals is highly desirable. Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour
