Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Inside Sales Account Executive to join our dynamic sales team. This role involves engaging with prospective clients through outbound calls and digital communication channels to generate new business opportunities and nurture existing leads. The successful candidate will play a vital part in expanding our customer base, maintaining strong client relationships, and contributing to overall sales growth. Responsibilities

  • Make calls a day with positivity and enthusiasm.
  • Engage potential customers in meaningful conversations to identify their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Conduct outbound calls and utilize telemarketing techniques to identify potential clients and promote our products or services.
  • Utilize Zoho and other CRM software to track interactions, update client information, and manage sales pipelines effectively.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching targets and expanding market reach.
  • Prepare customized proposals and presentations tailored to client needs.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of our product offerings, industry trends, and competitor activities.
  • Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or referrals to convert prospects into clients.
  • Maintain organized records of all communications and activities within the CRM system.
  • Add leads to the database.

Skills

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, telemarketing roles.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and other CRM software platforms.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated ability to build rapport with clients and negotiate effectively.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving sales targets.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $21.00-$25.00 per hour
