Position Overview:
We have an exciting opportunity for an energetic, outgoing individual to join our Calgary team as an Inside Sales Representative. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new sales opportunities and building relationships with potential clients.
Responsibilities:
- Educate clients on our products and the features they offer.
- Communicate to gain insight on client needs and offer products that best suit their business' demands.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Enhance client knowledge through consultative selling, promoting new products, and informing them about current promotions.
- Accurately and efficiently handle order entry and processing.
- Manage outbound and inbound sales calls to drive sales and maintain strong client relationships.
- Assist clients with product inquiries and provide solutions to their needs.
- Conduct market research to identify potential leads and opportunities for sales growth.
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM software to track customer interactions, update information, and manage sales pipelines effectively.
- Undertake additional duties as needed.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in sales, retail, or customer service (previous experience in beauty, grooming, or professional products is an asset).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Eagerness to learn about professional barber tools, grooming products, and industry trends.
- Highly organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic CRM tools (training provided).
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and passion for personal and professional growth.
- Fluency in the French and/or Arabic Language would be beneficial, but is not required.
Describes the ideal candidate:
- Excellent customer service skills, with a track record of building and maintaining key relationships with high-priority accounts and clients.
- Driven to gain extensive product knowledge and leverage it in generating sales.
- Strong technical skills, with the ability to learn new computer systems quickly.
- Highly adaptable and willing to learn new things.
