Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Bookkeeper/ Administrative Assistant to support our finance and administrative teams. This role involves managing various accounting tasks, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring smooth daily operations. Also scheduling our guests & client flights. The ideal candidate will be friendly and polite and have experience with accounting software. Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain financial records using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero
  • Answering the phone to schedule flights
  • Invoicing clients
  • Assist with bookkeeping duties, including accounts payable and accounts receivable processing
  • Perform account reconciliation and bank reconciliation to ensure accuracy of financial data
  • Conduct account analysis and support budgeting processes
  • Prepare and review financial reports for management review
  • Support payroll processing and related administrative tasks
  • Maintain organized filing systems for financial documents and correspondence
  • Assist with general administrative duties such as scheduling, correspondence, and data entry to support overall office operations

Experience

  • Proven experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero is required
  • Strong background in bookkeeping, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and account reconciliation
  • Familiarity with payroll processing and financial reporting is preferred
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and practices is essential
  • Experience in account analysis and budgeting will be considered an asset
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Prior administrative support experience
