Job Type: Full‑time

Camrose Car Corner is looking for a friendly, organized Reception / Administrative Assistant to support our dealership. This role includes front‑desk duties, general office work, and light bookkeeping.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and answer phone calls
  • Schedule appointments and direct inquiries
  • Prepare and organize sales and office paperwork
  • Data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate records
  • Assist with basic bookkeeping (invoices, receipts, payment tracking)
  • Keep the reception and office area tidy
  • Support management with general admin tasks

Requirements

  • Strong communication and customer‑service skills
  • Good organization and attention to detail
  • Comfortable with computers and basic office software
