Kelly has partnered with Canada's leading food and pharmacy company in Surrey, BC to recruit an
Administrative Assistant
for a
temporary 6 month (with opportunity of an extension)
position supporting the maintenance team in the transportation department.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage area-specific fleet-related invoice entry, review, and approval.
  • Maintain detailed records of maintenance repairs, safety, environmental compliance, and audits.
  • Ensure all purchase orders are completed and closed in a timely manner.
  • Follow up on after-hours calls daily to confirm assets are operational the next day.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Previous administrative experience in the transportation industry
  • Proficient with MS Office Excel and Outlook.
  • Experience with SAP is an asset.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Must be available to work Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm (5 days in office).
  • Steel toed shoes/boots are required.
